LEAR Land & New Homes is retained by a selection of respected national and independent house builders to introduce residential development land, either with planning consent or on a ‘subject to planning’ basis.

We have extensive experience and contacts within the land sales area and specialise in sourcing ‘off-market’ land and identifying the most appropriate house builder, to the benefit of all parties.

Once the introduction is established, LEAR Land & New Homes will see the transaction through to legal completion.
